Dayton chainsaws are rebadged saws (Mostly Poulan and Wright made saws) for Grainger W.W. & Co..

Grainger is widely know in the supply industry by larger companies/coorparation as a one-stop shop on basic needs for most industries. The saws that were rebadged were all good prograde type saws. Grainger was purchasing in such a high volume that I am sure Poulan had no issue painting and tossing on Dayton stickers.
